Hello class, my name is Brandin Mann. I graduated from Central Mountain High School, just down the road from Lock Haven in 2006. I am a twenty-one year old junior, because I attended Penn State Behrend for 3 semesters, took a semester off, and then transferred to Lock Haven University. I hope to gain a better understanding of different types technology used to help me in the education field from this course.

I currently work at a truck stop called Pilot Travel Centers. I have worked there for almost two years now, but writing about that further will cause me to feel depressed. I played many different sports ever since grade school. I played soccer, baseball, basketball, track, and football for the school, but I love other kinds of sports and outdoor activities. I do not play any sports for the school here at Lock Haven, but I still like to play sports with friends. Food is a very important aspect of my life. My girlfriend Ashley and I go out to eat frequently. We try not eating at the same place twice in a row to get a better variety.

I enjoy watching movies, both at home and at theaters. Comedies are probably my most favorite genre, but my movie selection is not limited to just that. I believe that humor is very important, and also firmly believe that laughter really is the best medicine. Music is a big part of my life as well, and without it I would not be the same person. If I am ever feeling “down in the dumps”, music can help me regain a positive attitude. I like a wide variety of music, but I consider different forms of rock to be my favorite.

Finally, I believe that I am a very easy person to get along with. I will not judge an individual without first knowing that individual. I will show the same respect towards a person that they show towards me. I enjoy meeting new people and I like to have a wide variety of friends. In the little free time that I have, I like to be involved with my friends and what they are doing.

Sincerely,

Brandin Mann
